How should I measure myself?

  • Waist: Measure around your natural waistline without pulling the tape tightly.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing naturally.
  • Garment length: Measure from the highest point of your shoulder to the desired length.
Are KurtiVerse inner slips stretchable?

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Can I change the size, colour or product after ordering?

We cannot guarantee modifications after order processing has started.

Can I change my delivery address?

Contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may only be possible before the parcel is packed or dispatched. The address generally cannot be changed after shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us immediately after ordering. Cancellation may be possible only before processing or dispatch. Once shipped, an order normally cannot be cancelled.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, during festivals, sales or high-demand periods may take longer.

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 5–7 business days across India. Remote locations or areas with limited courier service may require additional time.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number.

Use the tracking link in the shipping confirmation message to view the latest courier updates.

Why is my tracking information not showing?

Tracking information may take approximately 24–48 hours after dispatch to become active in the courier partner’s system.

Contact Customer Care with your order number if tracking is still unavailable after this period.

Why is my order delayed?

Delivery can occasionally be delayed due to courier operations, weather, holidays, high order volumes, remote locations, incorrect address details or operational restrictions.

Please contact us if your parcel has exceeded the expected delivery period.

What happens if I miss a delivery attempt?

The courier partner may attempt delivery again or contact you for instructions. Keep your registered mobile number active and respond to courier calls or messages.

What should I do if the parcel appears damaged or tampered with?

If the outer parcel appears severely damaged, opened or tampered with, refuse delivery where possible and contact KurtiVerse Customer Care immediately.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

What is the return period?

You may request an eligible return within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must meet the conditions in the KurtiVerse Return and Refund Policy.

What condition must a returned product be in?
  • Unused, unworn and unwashed
  • Unaltered and free from stains, odour or damage
  • Returned with original tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How do I request a return?

Contact Customer Care within the eligible return period and provide your order number, customer name, registered contact details, product name, size, reason for return and clear photographs where required.

Please do not send the product back before receiving approval and return instructions.

Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?

An eligible size-related return may be accepted when the product remains unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags and packaging.

Return shipping conditions will be communicated during approval.

Can I exchange my product for another size?

Size exchanges are subject to product and size availability. In certain cases, you may need to return the eligible product and place a new order for the required size.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, missing or incorrect item?

Contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide:

  • Photographs of the packaging
  • An unboxing video, wherever available
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will assist with an appropriate return, replacement or refund resolution.

Who pays the return shipping charges?

For size-related or preference-based returns, return charges may be paid by the customer or deducted from the approved refund, as communicated during the return process.

When will I receive my refund?

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the amount.

How are Cash on Delivery refunds processed?

Approved COD refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI or another available method. Accurate refund details may be required.

Which products may not be eligible for return?

Returns may not be accepted for products returned after the eligible period, used or washed items, altered or damaged garments, products without original tags or packaging, personalised items, gift cards, or products clearly marked final sale or non-returnable.
