Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable and confident with your KurtiVerse purchase. Please review the following conditions before requesting a return.

Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused, unworn and unwashed
  • Free from stains, odour, damage or alteration
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Email fashionbyjk01@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name and registered phone number
  • Product name and size
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • An unboxing video for damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items, wherever available

Please do not send any product back without receiving return approval and instructions from our customer care team.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, missing or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with supporting photographs and order details.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange or refund depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Size-Related Returns

Customers are advised to review the product-specific size chart before ordering. Eligible size-related returns will be accepted only when the product remains unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products returned after the 7-day return period
  • Used, worn, washed, altered or damaged products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged due to improper use or washing
  • Personalised or customised products
  • Gift cards
  • Items clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

Exchange

Direct exchanges are subject to product and size availability. In some cases, the fastest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order for the required size or colour.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a verified damaged, defective or incorrect product, KurtiVerse will provide appropriate return instructions.

For preference-based or size-related returns, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or paid by the customer, as communicated during return approval.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the amount.

Cash on Delivery Refunds

Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders may be processed through bank transfer, UPI or another available method. Customers may be required to provide accurate refund details.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. An order cannot normally be cancelled once it has been shipped.
