At KurtiVerse, we aim to make every delivery smooth, reliable and transparent. This policy explains our order processing, shipping charges, estimated delivery timelines, tracking and delivery-related support.
Order Processing
- Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are normally processed on the next working day.
- Processing may take longer during festivals, promotional sales or periods of high order volume.
- Order processing time is separate from the estimated delivery timeline.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders generally arrive within approximately 5–7 business days across India.
Delivery to remote locations, rural areas or PIN codes with limited courier service may require additional time.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, delivery location and circumstances beyond our direct control.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping may be available on eligible orders above ₹499, subject to the offer and conditions displayed on the KurtiVerse website at the time of purchase.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible Indian PIN codes and qualifying orders. COD availability will be displayed during checkout after you enter your delivery address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number.
Use the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation message to view the latest courier updates and shipment status.
Please allow approximately 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the courier partner’s system.
Possible Delivery Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:
- High order volumes
- Courier or logistics delays
- Weather conditions
- Sundays and public holidays
- Remote or limited-service locations
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
- Operational, regulatory or government restrictions
Shipping Address
Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address, correct PIN code and active mobile number during checkout.
KurtiVerse cannot be held responsible for delays, failed delivery or returned parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the customer.
Address Changes
Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible if you need to request an address correction.
An address change may only be possible before the order has been packed or dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, the delivery address generally cannot be changed.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier partner is unable to complete delivery because the recipient is unavailable, cannot be contacted, has provided an incorrect address or refuses the parcel, the order may be returned to KurtiVerse.
If the customer requests redispatch after the parcel is returned, additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Tampered Parcel
If the outer parcel appears severely damaged, opened or tampered with, please refuse delivery where possible and contact KurtiVerse Customer Care immediately.
If you accept the parcel and later discover a damaged, missing or incorrect item, retain the original packaging and share clear photographs and an unboxing video, wherever available.
Courier Serviceability
Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability for the PIN code entered during checkout. Available shipping options will be displayed before the order is completed.
